Terms of Service
Last updated: June 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MeetOS (“MeetOS”, “we”, “us”), the meeting intelligence software that records meetings, generates transcripts and summaries, and organises the resulting tasks, decisions, and follow-ups into your projects. By creating an account or using MeetOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use MeetOS. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
2. Your responsibilities when recording
- You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to record meetings and participants under the laws that apply to you and to everyone in the meeting.
- You must not use MeetOS to record where doing so is unlawful, or to capture content you do not have the right to capture.
- You agree not to misuse the service — including attempts to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, access it without authorisation, or use it to violate the rights of others.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the audio you record, the transcripts and summaries we generate from it, and the projects, tasks, decisions, and notes you create (“Your Content”). You grant MeetOS a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the service for you and the people you share it with. We do not sell Your Content or use it to train third-party models for advertising.
4. AI-generated output
Transcription, summaries, action items, and other intelligence are produced by automated systems and may contain errors or omissions. You should review AI output before relying on it for decisions, and you remain responsible for how you use it. MeetOS is not a substitute for professional, legal, or financial advice.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
6. Connected accounts
If you link third-party services such as Google Calendar or Gmail, you authorise MeetOS to access and act on those services only within the scopes you grant. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and you can disconnect them at any time from Settings.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MeetOS to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to send spam, to harass others, or to interfere with the security or integrity of the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
MeetOS, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or technology other than the limited right to use the service as permitted here.
9. Termination
You may stop using MeetOS and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
MeetOS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the product. Continued use of MeetOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
